1. Agreement
By using VideoCraftMasters (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms govern your use of our website, checkout and any video editing or subtitling services we perform.
2. The Service
We provide professional video editing, subtitling and related post-production services as a one-time, flat-rate purchase. Every plan includes the deliverables listed on its pricing card, a defined turnaround window and two rounds of revisions.
3. Customer content & licensing
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any footage, audio or assets you send us. By submitting a Google Drive or Dropbox link, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to download, edit and deliver an edited version back to you solely for fulfilling your order.
All rights in the raw footage remain yours. We retain no rights in the final deliverable beyond portfolio use — and only where you explicitly opt in.
4. Payment
Orders are processed through Authorize.Net. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you select. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable once work has started, except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Products or services
Your billing schedule depends on the billing option you select at checkout:
- One-time: You pay the plan price a single time, covering one month of service. No recurring charges are made.
- Monthly: You pay the plan price every month for as long as you keep the plan active. You may cancel at any time, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.
Your Credit Card will show a charge by: videocraftmasters.
6. Revisions & approval
Every plan includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be quoted separately. Once you mark an order as delivered and approve the final cut, the engagement is considered closed.
7. Turnaround & delays
We commit to the turnaround window stated on your plan, measured from when we receive a working footage link and a clear brief. We will proactively notify you of delays caused by missing assets, unclear briefs or platform outages.
8. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexually explicit content.
- No content involving minors in a harmful context.
- No assets you do not own or are not licensed to use.
We may decline or cancel projects that violate this policy. Any pre-payment for a declined project will be refunded in full.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the edit will meet a specific creative outcome beyond the plan scope. Creative preference disputes are handled through the two included revision rounds.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
