Workflow
After checkout, you will be taken to a requirements page where you can paste a shareable Google Drive or Dropbox link to your raw footage. Make sure the link is set to "Anyone with the link can view".
Turnaround depends on the plan you pick, from 48 hours for subtitling up to 7 days for a full Cinematic Suite project. The exact window is shown on every plan card and on the order page.
We edit in Adobe Premiere Pro for long-form, cinematic and branded work, and in CapCut for fast-turnaround social edits. Project files from either can be provided on request.
Yes. Every order has its own chat thread on the order page so you and your editor can share notes, timestamps and reference links in one place.
Deliverables
Every plan delivers a final MP4 at the resolution of your source footage. Subtitle plans also include a clean .SRT file. Our Cinematic Suite additionally includes your Premiere Pro or CapCut project files on request.
Revisions
Every plan includes 2 rounds of revisions. Use the built-in chat inside your order page to send timestamps and notes — we turn most revisions around in under 24 hours.
Billing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, processed securely through Authorize.Net. Your card details never touch our servers.
If we cannot start your project for any reason, we will refund you in full. Once work has begun, refunds are assessed case-by-case — see our refund policy for the specifics.
