Our promise
We take deadlines seriously. If we cannot fulfill your order we will refund you in full โ no friction, no negotiation.
Full refunds are issued when
- We decline your project before any editing work has started.
- We miss the turnaround window on the plan and you ask to cancel (instead of accepting a delivery extension).
- Your footage cannot be processed (corrupted files, broken sharing links after we have contacted you twice without resolution).
Partial refunds
If editing has started but you decide to cancel mid-project, we will refund the unused portion minus the work already delivered. The split is communicated in writing before any money moves.
Non-refundable cases
- Creative preference after two completed revision rounds.
- Orders already marked as delivered and approved.
- Requests outside the scope originally agreed in the plan.
How to request a refund
Open your order page and message us in the chat โ or email us via the contact page. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to the original card via Authorize.Net and typically appear in 5โ10 business days.
