What we collect
- Account data: name, email, hashed password, optional phone and company.
- Order data: plan selected, billing address, order brief, chat messages.
- Footage links: the Google Drive or Dropbox link you share with us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, session logs for security.
Payment data
We do not store card numbers or CVV on our servers. Payment details are collected directly by Authorize.Net, which tokenizes the card for the transaction. We retain only the transaction ID and the last four digits shown on your receipt.
How we use your data
- To process your order and deliver the final files.
- To communicate with you about your project in the order chat.
- To issue receipts, invoices and tax documents.
- To investigate fraud or abuse when necessary.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only what is strictly necessary with trusted processors: Authorize.Net (payments), our hosting provider, and email/transactional providers. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
Retention
Your account and order data are retained as long as you have an active account plus the legally required record-keeping window for financial transactions. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights write to us at the address on our contact page.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We will update this page when the policy changes and note the new "last updated" date above.
